The meeting led to new connections, benchmarking visits, ongoing conversations and a renewed commitment to lead their companies through lean product development. This enhanced Executive Forum builds on our successes with schedule and format changes to make it an even more valuable experience. Ths is a working session for senior leaders in lean product development from small, medium and large companies. Lean leadership expert David Verble will join LPPDE board members Durward Sobek, Michael Kennedy and Katherine Radeka as your hosts for this session. This year, David will conduct a focused discussion on culture and leadership for a lean product development transformation. It will build upon his Tuesday workshop for lean product development change agents with specific advice about how to support the change agents in your organization. Katherine will expand upon the strategic dimensions of lean product development described in her workshop improving product development performance through building the right new products. She will share the work she has done to help ccompanies leverage the benefits gained from applying lean product and process development into new markets and new lines of business. We will conduct this session as a facilitated discussion group. Participation in this event is limited to no more than 20 senior leaders (Vice Presidents, Presidents, CXOs) with direct responsibility for strategy, technology and product development. We reserve the right to review everyone who registers for this event to ensure that they are appropriate for this group. Service providers, such as lean consultants will be excluded. |
