In this introduction to the foundations of lean product and process development, you will step through LAMDA, the rapid learning cycle developed by Dr. Allen Ward to address the challenges of using Plan-Do-Check-Act in product development.

You will write an A3 report that helps you efficiently share your knowledge with others as you continue to build your own.

This workshop is the best choice for someone who is new to lean product development, and who is attending the conference for the first time. In addition to LAMDA and A3 reports, the workshop will introduce participants to the language of lean product development, enhancing the new participant’s experience for the rest of the conference.
